2. SUMMARY
 A resolution updates current list of City officials
signing on current bank accounts due to personnel
changes
 The City maintains:
 1 operating account
 1 zero balance payroll account
 1 savings account
 Investment CDs and investment pools

3. BACKGROUND
 Resolution Authorizes:
2 of the following City officials to execute checks,
drafts, transfers, and other withdrawals from the
operating bank account and 1 authorized signer for
the payroll

4. POLICY ANALYSIS
It is appropriate and necessary to authorize
City officials to sign financial transactions in
order to process prompt payment on behalf of
the City

 There is no negative fiscal impact on the City
