2. PRODUCTION COMPANY NAME AND LOGO - the production company is responsible for the actual production of the film. It also is responsible for raising the funding of the filming and for selling it to the distribution company. Our production company name is K.A.M.M productions. The KAMM are the initials of the names in our group.

3. FILM DISTRIBUTOR The aim of a film distributor is to get the film to the greatest number of people in as many ways as possible. This could be through cinemas, DVD releases or online through sites such as iTunes. There are two different distributors, the major film studios and the independent film studios. Film 4 Productions is an example of an independent film studio. It is a British based company . This is England, a British drama, only earnt just over £300,000 through distribution in cinema, yet has earnt an extra £8 million through distribution on DVD. Paramount studios is an example of a major film studios. It is an American production and distribution company and is consistently rank as one of the top grossing movie studios. The Ring, a film that came up on our questionnaire, was produced and distributed by Paramount Studios. In the films opening weekend the film earnt over $15million.

5. We would also have to successfully advertise our film, through an advert or a promotional poster, to entice our audience, especially reaching out to those between 13-17, as they were our original target audience.

6. Our advertising campaign would most likely take place online, as it is a cheaper way than TV and Radio and will reach many more people. We could use networking sites such as Facebook, MySpace and twitter to advertise as it is a cheap way and will reach more people.
