• How do you accept assignments and challenges? Do you try to avoid them? Or do you look for
them and happily welcome them?
• How do you approach taking action to complete the task? Do you procrastinate and display
reluctance? Or do you commit to it and put in your best?
• How do you solve problems? Do you look for shortcuts which might cause a problem later? Or
do you look for the best and permanent solutions?
• How do you own / accept responsibility of the results of your actions? Do you look for excuses
and try to blame someone else? Or do you accept a mistake, learn from it and move forward

while working and leave tasks pending consequently missing deadlines?
