  •  Wanderer: they will never see the vision you are trying to sell to them, no matter how hard you preach it. The solution is to lose them and let them go but leave your doors open to them. When we spend a lot of time trying to change these people we get exhausted and unfruitful.

    Followers: they will see it but will not pursue it on their own because they lack the initiative. Don’t get mad at them. This just how they are.

    Achievers: they see the vision and pursue it on their own but they stop there

    Leaders: they see it, pursue and achieve it but also help others to see it. Leader motto is: know. grow. show.
