Perhaps one of the biggest concerns of any manager is how to
encourage employee productivity and boost employee morale. Here
are a few tips on how to improve your management skills in order to
establish solid employee relationships and maintain productivity.

Be a Better Communicator – Effective managers are ones who are
able to both listen and communicate effectively. Managers must be
able to clearly understand and process their company’s information
or goals, and then be able to clearly convey this information to
employees.

Be Willing to Delegate – The most effective managers are those who
realize that tasks cannot be completed by a single person. Effective
managers are also aware of which tasks should be delegated and
who would be the most appropriate person for the job.

Set Distinct Goals – Employees are better able to remain productive
and execute tasks if they have a clear understanding in advance of
the task at hand. Effective managers are able to clearly and
succinctly relay this information so employees are aware of what is
expected from them.
