Intro
Have you ever wondered how much water you’re
supposed to drink per day? Do you know the effects
that drinking too many fizzy drinks could have on
you? On average 1.7 billion servings of coca cola
products are consumed everyday by the population,
which goes to show why coke lead in the U.S
carbonated drinks market with 42.8% market share.
However there can be harmful effects to your health
from drinking carbonated fizzy drinks such as coca
cola for example – in the first 10 minutes of drinking
the fizzy drink, you consume more than 100% of your
daily sugar intake. This is the complete opposite of
the effects that drinking water have on you. After
drinking water you feel relaxed hydrated and
energized. In order to see if the effects that drinking
solidly water have a big impact on your health I have
decided to take on the challenge of drinking nothing
but the recommended daily amount of water which
is 2 litres every day for 2 weeks to see if there are any
significant changes to my body and my health. I
have also recruited my friend Lorna to assist me with
the challenge.
