12. FOODRANGER RESTAURANT DELIVERY
AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT is by and FOODRANGER and
_____________________________________________ hereafter referred to as RESTAURANT and
located
at:________________________________________________________________________
Commencing on or before _______________, 20___, FOODRANGER will promote and deliver food
from RESTAURANT to neighborhood ​residences​​, ​hotels ​​and ​businesses​​, between the hours the
RESTAURANT and FOODRANGER are open for business, RESTAURANT or FOODRANGER may
canceled or modify this contract by mutual written agreement with 30-days notice. The term of this
contract is open ended and will be ongoing until either FOODRANGER or RESTAURANT decide to
cancel the services.RESTAURANT shall determine which items will be available for delivery and
pricing of said items by setting them in the FOODRANGER menu. RESTAURANT to the best of their
ability, will provide well packaged and labeled meals in a timely fashion. DRIVERS will pick up food
from RESTAURANT, deliver to customer and will collect the menu price of the food, plus Delivery
charges. The receipt will be generated by FOORANGER and the delivery driver will use the
FOODRANGER Driver app on iOS or Android. The RESTAURANT agrees to manage orders
through the FOORANGER MERCHANT DASHBOARD.FOODRANGER will remit to RESTAURANT
on a Weekly basis, 90% of the menu price of the food delivered. (A week is Monday thru Sunday,
FOODRANGER will, create, post, and promote the Restaurant’s menu online, engage drivers and
hire dispatchers as necessary to deliver Restaurant’s food. FOODRANGER reserves the right to
choose the paper, printer, fonts, type sizes and distribution method necessary to create and
distribute menu guides, flyers, mailers, newsletters and posting to the internet. Restaurant will be
provided statement of payment period with each payment made to them.
RESTAURANT may use FOORANGER name, logo and telephone number in their advertising to
promote the fact that their food is available for delivery in a limited area through FOODRANGER.

13. FOODRANGER shall have the right to use Restaurants name and logo in FOODRANGER
advertising, promoting the fact that Restaurants food is available for delivery in a limited area
through FOORANGER. FOODRANGER will not make their drivers available to deliver food that was
not ordered either through foodsquire.com, the iOS app, or the Android based app. Or
website.FOORANGER will bill the RESTAURANT for any repeat deliveries that need to be made in
case of missing items or otherwise unacceptable food conditions based on customer feedback when
the driver arrives at the customer’s home, business, or other location. Entire Agreement This
Agreement, contains the entire agreement and understanding between the parties hereto and
supersedes any prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements, representations and
warranties between them respecting the subject matter hereof.IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this
