All companies should have to do some CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility). So I had make a presentation on CSR activities by Patanjali(Indian) and Porsch(Germany) company.
5. Gau Sanvardhan:
India had in past had recorded 113 species of
cows in the country unfortunately only 38 of
them are left.
Patanjali has planned to spend Rs. 500 Cr. On
this project.
With this we will able to improve the breeds
of nearly nine crores domestic cows and this
way lost glory of cow will be re-established in
the country.
6. Poor Relief:
The poor, physically and mentally impaired
persons, orphans, patients of leprosy, other
helpless persons who were affiliated by calamity
were helped by Patanjali in times of need.
Patanjali has also donated crores to the
organizations who were working for the welfare
of the poor.

It is a mission for patanjali to realize a
disease free India and patanjali is achieving it by
providing affordable healthcare and free
medical consultation.
Patanjali have setup Patanjali Chikitsalayas
and Patanjali Arogya Kendra over the country
which are serving people with free medical
consultation.
10. Patanjali have adopted some 40–50 kids
who have lost their loved ones during
kedarnath flood in 2013.
They are providing free accomodation, free
food, free education and supporting them in
every possible way.
Similarly, they are doing the same for such
kids affected during Nepal Earthquake in
2015.
Likewise, they carries out social service
projects from time to time.
13. Health Management And Occupational
Safety
Healthy and capable employee are a pre
condition for any company.
Porsche places a premium on preventing
health problems.
The 23rd Porsche Health Days were held in
June and July 2017 under the motto of “A
question of posture- ergonomic tips for work
stations”.
14. More than 2000 employees at seven sites
attended and took part in electromyography
tests to assess muscular tension.
This led to a significant decrease of 12.7
percent in the injury rate from 2015 to 2017.
With 5.5 accidents per million hours of work
in 2017,Porsche AG and Porsche Leipzig GmbH
achived its lowest accident rate ever.
15. Porsche Food Services
The company’s growth also affects its
provision of food services for employees.
The relevant infrastructure and offerings have
been further expanded, and new cafeteria
concepts developed for Zuffenhausen and
Weissach.
A total of 2.6 million meals were provided at
Porsche sites in reporting year.
16. Porsche planting campaign
There were 1.5 hectares of heavily storm-
damaged spruce woodland, there will now be a
young deciduous wood filled with 5000 native
sessile oak trees with the help of Porsche.
The 1.5 hectares of “drinking water forest” will
produce 1.2 million liters of clean drinking water
each year.
A person can consume 1000 liter of water per
year, so these young trees can supply water to
120 people for year.

18. Porsche supports many projects in the area of
sustainability.
The drinking water forest is one of them.
The aim is for production to be CO2 neutral.
Porsche also started a connected charging
stations, which will charge electric vehicle using
solar energy.
Porsche is also extending its commitment to
nature conservation by introducing another 1.5
million honey bees to the factory’s off-road site.
The 132 hectare area is now home of 3 million
bees.

manufacture of premium sports cars.
A company-wide environment and energy
management policy continually checks all work
processes in regard to ecological impact and
irregularities along the entire value chain.
Internal sets of rules and strategic guiding
principles are the frame of reference for the
management of environment and energy.
