Objective & Work Experience:-
Experience of more than 13+ years to work in a professionally managed organization with
responsibilities and to meet the Project sponsors expectations.
Currently working with Honeywell Turki Arabia Limited as a Project Manager in Project &
Automation Solutions division (HPS) based in Saudi Arabia, Dhahran, reports to Operations Leader
KSA. The prime responsibility being a Project manager is to complete the assigned project
successfully in agreed schedule, against allocated cost with maintaining the Quality and
satisfaction of all stake holders (mainly customer).
As a Project Manager I am fully responsible for the overall delivery of project, progress, control and
monitoring of cost, evaluation and maintaining risk table with mitigation actions and control of the
respective contract. Also coordination with sales, technical team to ensure financial, technical
project requirements are met & standards are maintained throughout project cycle. This includes
customer satisfaction in the areas of project execution and deliverables.
Main responsibilities:
Manage all assigned projects for compliance to agreement, project quality, customer
satisfaction, schedule, risk management, and assist with issue resolutions and resource
needs
Work with sales pursuit teams during pre-award activities.
Maintain project schedule, task and resource planning, scheduling and forecasting
Manage day-to-day operation of the assigned projects as per the established agreement

Participate in the contract updates and audits activities
Manage the process of scope definition and change control, including estimating and
negotiations of contract/scope variations (change orders)
Participate in the negotiation of contract and contract changes
Identify important potential risks (technical or other) and establish and execute detailed plans
to ensure that risks are mitigated and opportunities are realized
Facilitate the procurement of third party hardware/software included in project scope
Work to ensure all financial data is accurate and on time, including cost forecasting, billings,
receivables, collections and overall process compliance
As needed, assists in the development of project scope, cost estimates, price/value
positioning, and proposal/execution presentations within technical capabilities
Liaison with Sales, engineering, Service, and Project key personnel to ensure the project
scope is well understood and delivered as committed by project team and to customer
satisfaction
Provide mentoring to the team in fields of technical expertise where appropriate as well as
work practices, project status and deadlines, financial deadlines, etc
Ensures system installations meet all requirements provided by the customer and implements
innovative methods to solve difficult technical problems
Stays abreast of customer needs, requirements, systems status, and actual or potential
customer problems
Develop strong business relationship with key customer project personnel, leverages
relationship to improve efficiency, speed, communication, and overall customer experience in
doing business with Honeywell

Work Experience:-
Worked with Honeywell Automation India Limited Baroda, Gujarat from July 2007 to June 2010
as Sales Support & estimation Lead for Systems Process Solution division (DCS, Safety Systems,
F&G, SCADA, PLC, RTU, Field Instruments, CCTV systems).
Worked with Rockwell & Siemens system House in Baroda from June 2003 to June 2006 as an
Engineer Customer support and Field Engineering Services.

Working with Honeywell Turki Arabia Limited as a Project Manager in Project &
Automation Solutions department. Single handedly executed several mega projects
successfully with the responsibility of complete project as a Project Manager.
Some of the Major recent projects handled are as mentioned below,
1) MIDYAN Gas Plant IPAS System
Scope includes Supply and commissioning of IPAS system which includes Experion DCS,
Safety Manager, Alarm Management System, and Operator Training Simulator, Process
Historian (PI System, Foundation fieldbus System, RTU and Operator Training Stimulator
for Saudi Aramco’s new Gas processing plant at MIDYAN.

2) JUPC F&G Replacement Project
Scope includes supply of Advance Process control based RMPCT software along with 5
Safety Manager Systems with 51 RUSIO panels, XLS 3000 47 Systems across 5 plants,
along with Fire and Gas detectors supply and commissioning of the system throughout the
plant. Project cycle was 2 years.
3) KJO Switchgear Project through JGC Arabia
Scope includes supply and commissioning of Honeywell DCS solution for 2A &7A plant
including Safety Manager PLC for Fire and Gas portion, Alarm Management system,
Historian, and consoles.
4) McDermott KJO Project
Scope includes supply of DCS, ESD, FGS, Process Historian Database System, and
Alarm Management & Operator Training Simulator
5) SAMREF (Saudi ARAMCO Mobil Refinery) DCS project:
Scope includes supply of DCS system including remote cabinets for the expansion project
at Yanbu. I have worked closely with an EPC Worley Parsons along with our team
members to complete the project successfully before project schedule. Received an
appreciation for the same
6) SINOPEC YNGL Ethane Dryer Project:
Scope includes supply of DCS system executed through an EPC SINOPEC Saudi
ARABIA.
7) Daewoo KJO HOUT Project
Scope includes supply of DCS System, Emergency Shutdown System, Process Historian,
Alarm Management, FDM, and Fire & Gas System at KJO HOUT facility.
8) YANPET Benzene Mitigation project
Supply of DCS TPS system for the Benzene Mitigation project through an EPC WISON
engineering. Successfully completed the project in scheduled time.
9) HADEED Module D CCTV Project:
Successfully finished Supply and commissioning of DCS & CCTV system for Module D
plant.
10) IBN SINA DCS Upgrade Project
Scope includes supply and commissioning of Honeywell Experion DCS upgrade solution
for entire IBN SINA (SABIC plant) plant.
11) YASREF(Saudi Aramco-YNGL) Pipe Line Relocation Project

Worked closely with SADAF (SABIC) project team to successfully upgrade the pneumatic
based control to DCS based one. Scope includes supply of DCS, Filed Instruments, site
commissioning and startup support.
13) Technip / KJO Gas & Condensate Export system
Scope includes supply of DCS, ESD and F&G system for KJOC Gas & Condensate Export
system.
14) LINDE GmbH F&G Project
Supply and commissioning support for Safety Manager based Fire & Gas system in SABIC
Jubail United Petrochemical Plant.

Sales Support Specialist – Working with Honeywell Automation India Limited as
sales and Support Specialist from 2007 to 2010.
The role and responsibility involves Estimation & Operations Management activities which
includes involvement in Design engineering, Selection, Functionality and Ordering of all
DCS, Safety System, RTU, F&G, components. Co-ordination with various agencies like
Customer, Consultants, and Suppliers for document generation and approvals.
