Maintain integrity of the product with respect to BOM, ECO, MCO, ECN etc.
 Conduct Pre-build reviews and release New Product build schedules prior to prototype, Beta and Pilot
first time builds. Insure PE build reports are completed by team members and take corrective action
as necessary.
 Coordinate and conduct Design For Manufacturability (DFM) Reviews. These may be simple one time
reviews prior to ordering PCBs or ongoing detailed reviews leading up to launch depending upon the
product complexity.
 Assure all documentation is provided to local as well as the manufacturing launch site’s Document
Control function prior to launch. This includes but is not limited to; BOM, engineering drawings,
artwork files, software files, special procedures, component specifications, etc…
 Coordinate test development efforts for new product introductions. This includes: 1) Assuring that
detailed test plans are developed to adequately test the product for conformance to specific customer
specifications or performance requirements set forth in the PDD, 2) Assuring that test development
schedule coincides with the main project schedule, 3) Assuring that the necessary test equipment is
ordered, installed, and qualified prior to launch.
 Coordinate and conduct finished product First Article Inspections (FAI) prior to launch.
 Conducts complete manufacturing postmortem reviews as appropriate
 Establishes Rollover or End of Life Teams to lead development of product replacement/retirement plans
with Product Teams.
 Managing post-launch product changes
 Coordinate implementation of ECO to change product in manufacturing. Assure Document Control
communicates changes to affected manufacturing site (s).

Job profile
 Program Management for NPI
1. Work with the design team for initial BOM & work with the procurement team to get the
material for proto build
2. Work with CM & internal team for proto build test equipment/process/material requirement
3. After delivering first proto, work with the design & product verification team for any changes in
BOM/product & take necessary action on second proto build.
4. Once proto is qualified, get the pilot build boards done based on the final BOM. Work with
procurement team & contract manufacturer to achieve the target timeline.
 Program Management for Manufacturing
1. Work with designer & then document team to get the production file ready for pilot & mass
production
2. Based on delivery plan from planning team, work with contract manufacturer (CM) & Tejas
procurement team to get the material at CM place & plan the production build
3. Work as focal contact person between Tejas & CM & get all the necessary information from
internal team & share with the CM to get smooth production
4. Work with CM to set up test infrastructure & process tooling to build up capacity to get
required output as per shipment requirement from customer.
5. Drive the Tejas production, planning, procurement, QA, PV, EPM, HSG team for seamless
production at CM
 Heading Repair Centre team, which is responsible for clearing filed return RMA from end customer.
1. Work with the NSG/Sales team to get RMA details from customer

This includes but is not limited to; BOM, engineering drawings, artwork files, software files, special procedures, component specifications, etc…  Coordinate test development efforts for new product introductions. This includes: 1) Assuring that detailed test plans are developed to adequately test the product for conformance to specific customer specifications or performance requirements set forth in the PDD, 2) Assuring that test development schedule coincides with the main project schedule, 3) Assuring that the necessary test equipment is ordered, installed, and qualified prior to launch.  Coordinate and conduct finished product First Article Inspections (FAI) prior to launch.  Conducts complete manufacturing postmortem reviews as appropriate  Establishes Rollover or End of Life Teams to lead development of product replacement/retirement plans with Product Teams.  Managing post-launch product changes  Coordinate implementation of ECO to change product in manufacturing.
