1. Project Manager for Credit Management System for Corporate Project at KBank (Mar
2004 - 2007)
- Perform Third party vendor management – eBworx who own CMAS Corporate
application.
- This Project has more than 20 stakeholders (IBMSD AMS, KBANK and Vendors).
Supervision all 5 team members (1 Business Analyst, 1 Technical Leader, 1 Test
Manager and 2 Testers)
- Work with vendor to gather and summarize all user requirements from KBank 4
departments who impact from this project.
- Perform impact analysis with vendor and interface applications
- Prepared project planning cover all tasks from all stakeholders
- Support all testing phases: System Integration Test (SIT), User Acceptance Test
(UAT), Operation Readiness Test (ORT) and Production Verification Test (PVT).
2. Project Manager for SAFE Related applications (Application related to core banking)
(2007 - 2008)
- Perform project planning, supervision and support team to implement projects of
Mainframe applications as followed:
- FCD Online
- Sale Slip
- Pay-in Slip
- Authorized Signature

3. Configuration Manager of ADTEM team (Application Development and Test
Environment Management) (Aug 2010 - 2014)
- Collaborate and coordinate with all vendors who support K-Transform Project
- Control and monitor to ensure the Test Environments and Secure Repository
cannot be changed without proper approvals, controls, and tracking.
- Verify performance of the applications to be deployed into Test Environment under
K-Transform Project
- Coordinate with Operation who deployed package to KT-Test environment.

4. Project Manager-CICS Start-up Project (March 2015 - May 2015)
- Due to the original project was delayed and most likely no progress and tend to
keep delaying. The management assigned me to look after and take overall
responsibility to this project as a project manager, aiming to improve the team and
drive the project to be more progress. I have to manage this project and
supervision the team of CBD 6-7 team members and KBank infrastructure team.
With my capability the project has completed in May 2015. The resulted from the
project is as followed:
- Reducing manual action time and reducing human error that because to
production jobs.
- Reduce Production Batch processing time.
- Close all issues that could be impacted to project.

- To Reviews improves overall quality, End to End SE and Significance of Reviews are
“Quality Gates” to add value to our service,
- Deployment of SE Reviews to Service Request in BAU style will significantly improve
the quality of IBM services which brings quantitative benefit to Client - KBank.
