Summary
My professional journey consists 8 years of experience in Shipbuilding & Ship Repair and 6years of experience
in oil and petroleum construction with various professional teams, I started my carrier in UAE as Hull outfit
Foreman in QGM Group LLC, Free zone and Technical Coordinator/Ship repair supervisor in Dubai Ship
Building Engineering LLC, at present I am working as (PLE) Production Lead Engineer and also part of
Production detailing team in Grand weld Shipyard, Presently I am handling a new building Aluminum project
of 42MTR Crew Bots for (ADNOC, GLOBAL, FNSA, JANA) and upcoming project of 42MTR crew bots
(Humaid Bader). I joined Grand weld shipyard as a Fabrication Supervisor and was promoted as Production
Lead Engineer. I have Experience in Various New building projects like 35m Crane boat for (KOC) ,Seismic
support Vessels for (Bourbon )AHTS Vessels (HALUL), 128MTR Accommodation Barges, Crane Barges

Job Profile:
 Planning each activities and man power requirement with sub ordinates to meet the targets which is
given by planning department.
 Organizing and Supervising all Hull and Outfit activities to ensure which are done as per the standards
(IACS) which is specified by QC, Owner and Class.
 Providing valid instruction to subordinates to complete the activities in efficient manner.
 Coordinating for the QC inspection of jobs with Owner and Class for the clearance of work.
 Coordinating with material department to maintain the material flow to the job.
 Preparing daily progress report to review the work progress for the project manager and planning
department.
 Conduct meetings with project team, planning and engineering team for work progress.
 Coordinating with the safety team to maintain the safe work manner.
 Controlling manpower with in planned KPI as (Aluminum Hull=450hr/ton, outfitting=750hr/ton, Steel

 Preparing method statement for Major block shifting and erections coordinating with rigging team to get
safe operation during block erection

2.  Preparing the block breakdown, module breakdown and work breakdown details of vessel by
considering the workshop facility.
 Coordinating with design department for the development of Hull and Outfit drawings.
 Solving the site issues in the fabrication stage, module stage and block erection stage by coordinating
with engineering.
 Material estimation and coordinating with procurement team for the Hull outfit jobs to ensure the
specification of materials are as per the standards specified by QC, Owner and Class.
