Prepare manpower planning for yard and sub-contractors
Study and review specifications, drawings & technical information and distribute to respective
yard supervisors and sub-contractors.
Verify Engineering MTO and Drawing for the quantity and correct grade of material.
Attend weekly project construction meeting and department production meeting for discuss
technical issues, manpower and schedule.
3. Prepare schedule for the sub-contractor to follow and monitor the progress closely.
Co-ordinate with other department to achieve the project goal (electrical. Mechanical, hull and
joinery)
Attend weekly safety management walk and identify hazards highlight to relevant departments
to close the issues
Raise Technical Query to owner and EDO to identify clashes, any deviation from drawing &
on-site condition,
Identify equipment hook up spools with proper alignment and sign off MC check sheets,
Read P&id and adise construction team missing instrument connection,

Receive specs, drawings & technical information’s from project team and distribute to yard
supervisors and sub-contractors.
Ship check for early plan work and long lead material ordering and fabricate pipes for the
critical works
Prepare material details from spec and order as per project requirement.
Discuss with owner and yard safety Risk assessment for the critical activities
Logistic arrangement
