Worked for a new contract the company had just been awarded involving work for 150+ persons. Providing
support to Airbus on the production of the 32 meters main section of the A400M including electric,
hydraulic and air-conditioning systems as well as some cabin linings and insulation. Supported mechanic
and electric team with manufacturing and logistics related issues on 4 aircrafts.
Deeply investigated missing parts and delivery status including SAP search through material
availability in the work order and specific query and/or dedicated data bases. Physical check in the
side line stock and interviewing stakeholders (logistic supplier, operation lead/manager and airbus
logistic support).
Investigated blocked Work order (WO), through drawing analysis, control on the aircraft and SAP
allocated responsibility identifying stakeholder of blocking steps.

Working on outstanding work and repair from the previous plant to be performed on site for the biggest
passenger carrier aircraft in the world. Provided repair solutions and parts for mechanical and electric
systems. Evolved in a fast paced and pressured environment at the end of the production before Aircraft’s
delivery to airlines.
Logistics:
Supplied parts through material movement and stock overview analysis. Created delivery order
and transfer request then tracking shipment with SAP and direct calls to warehouse.
Deep understanding of the stock and pre-affected parts, store location and transport option to give
accurate delivery date.
Bridged between Aircraft managers and Part managers to identify the most critical A/C, report
options at hand and ensure as fast as possible delivery.

Over achievement: Developed an Excel VBA program that extract data from SAP to be transfer
automatically into the company’s data base. Simplifying and speeding up the work of the team and
reducing error for the follow-up of all parts’ delivery. Those data were used to send daily report to the
client.
Technical:
Analyzed damaged on aircraft with Non conformity report, pictures, drawing, digital mock up
(Catia) and control on the aircraft when needed. Defect could include hydraulic equipment and
lining, electric equipment and on board computer, fuel pipe, surface protection, structure, movable
and fairing.
Found the appropriate solution and identified the part, equipment, joint, sealant, bold and nut that
need replacement in their correct version for the A/C at hand with Aircraft maintenance Manual.
Created work order on SAP including relevant sheets of drawing, BOM items, tool needed, torque
to be applied and special precautions.
Created working instructions or translated them from French to English.
Liaised with supplier for sub-assembly’s technical documentation.

Quality Controlled complex stacks up of composite, aluminum and titanium and supported the production
team of the A350’s Keal beam, a sub-assembly 16.5m long and 4.3m wide and weighing 1.2 tons. It’s
assembly required the use of 10.000 fasteners to join 2000 parts. My responsibility included the following:
Inspected hole, (positioning, integrity, perpendicularity), bonding, sealant, bolt, rivet and nut, paint
using caliper, hole micrometer, body flushness gauge etc.
Analyze defect and damage including measurement and quote with Drawing and Digital mock up
Inspected in accordance with quality documentation and norms.
Quality certified work order and repair in SAP.
Wrote non conformities and concessions in SAP with description of defect, drawing, part’s number
and diagram. Request WO repair to design office and manufacturing engineering.
Ensured precaution and restriction linked to elementary part’s concession are complied with.
