Analysis
 Requirements analysis, also called requirements engineering, is
the process of determining user expectations for a new or
modified product.These features, called requirements, must be
quantifiable, relevant and detailed. In software engineering, such
requirements are often called functional.
 Requirement analysis is a key process that bridges the planning
stage of a project (most often a software or tech-adjacent project)
with its production stage, ensuring that all expectations are
understood and catered to in project planning and execution. It is
important for proper analysis of project requirements to be
performed during this foundational data gathering process, as
well as throughout the project, in an effort to monitor project
structure and progress

 A review of the entire process up through the creation of
the final product through future users’ eyes, can be
incorporated into requirement analysis processes.
 A use case diagram is a graphical depiction of a user’s
possible interactions with a system. A use case diagram
shows various use cases and different types of users the
system has and will often be accompanied by other
types of diagrams as well.The use cases are represented
by either circles or ellipses

 A sample outcome, can also be developed during requirement
analysis.This provides stakeholders in a project with a
conceptualization of the eventual outcome and gives them a chance
to revise their expectations if needed.
 A prototype is an early sample, model, or release of a product built to
test a concept or process or to act as a thing to be replicated or
learned from. It is a term used in a variety of contexts, including
semantics, design, electronics, and software programming.
