My Writing Way
When it comes down to writing essays or anything else, I would say to myself, I know this isn't going to be good for me at all. Mainly because I
haven't because I haven't adjusted myself or prepared myself to think well while writing essays. I can sometimes over think things while I'm writing,
and it tends to confuse me. That's kind of the reason that I do not enjoy writing till this day.
When it comes down to writing essay's it can be quite simple but then again quite frustrating. Writing can be very stress relieving, because I am able
to express my feelings and thoughts throughout my writing. It takes my mind off the things that I am going through in life such as school, family,
friends, social media, and etc. It helps me focus better knowing that I will have someone else reading my thoughts and feelings once I'm done writing
this essay. Writing is a passage way for me to go into my own world and write about what I feel, see, hear, smell and even taste.
My writing, to me never seems to have a strong flow or passage because the topics never catches my interest nor attention. It's not my specialty, I tend

In the past four years, I have written many papers for various classes, enjoying some and others having to choke out words to write down. In this
memo I will describe my writing projects and how they made me become a better writer, and how they will continue to help develop me into a

Having taken many writing classes I have learned many things about writing. I enjoy writing and can often write many pages about things that I am
interested in. I know that I have more learning to do about writing, and hopefully in the next couple weeks my knowledge of writing will have
expanded and my writing will have improved.
My Experience With Writing Arguments
I am unaware of any writing arguments. The only thing I can really think of is writing a research paper with the intent to change people's minds on a
certain subject. I remember researching for weeks in the library, looking through magazine after magazine. I had searched for enough information to
write a ten–page paper. The writing process of the paper took several weeks but when I had finished, all the hard work was worth the effort. I learned
many things from that course such as that you need to search for all the information you can because it is better to have too much information than not
enough. Also that course taught me many things about making references to the authors of the articles I used for my paper. I remember writing out
note card after note card and keeping all the necessary information about each book or magazine. That course taught me to become a better writer and
to respect how much detail really goes into a research paper like I had written. Other than that, I have not really had much experience in

I Am A Healthy Life Essay
I'm living a healthy life in most aspects. Fist of all I keep healthy eating habits. I seldom skip breakfast during my weekdays so that I'm energetic
for my classes everyday. I always plan my breakfast the day before, such as bagels or eggs. Breakfast is important so I try to make it fresh and
delightful. Sometimes I drink tea instead of coffee. Black tea is my favorite because caffeine in it is lower than green tea or coffee. I always feel
too excited after drinking coffee. I feel my heart beating faster than usual and my hands may even shake. Usually I don't eat a lot at night, especially
before sleeping. This keeps my stomach healthy and prevents me from getting weight. I prefer eating healthier food rather than fast food such as
burgers and fries. Sushi or other Asian dishes are always my dinner. They are light and balanced innutrition, and good for my digest system. However,
as a college student, I have some unhealthy behaviors which are common between me and my friends. The first one is, I always sleep after 12:00
am at night and it can be later during the weekends. As a result of sleeping late at night, sometimes it is hard for me to get up early in the morning.
On the weekends I always wake up after 11:00 am. This is very unhealthy because I skip my breakfast and also my biological changes. I have to get

There are three very important aspects that play a major rule in my life. They can be categorized as intellectual, social, and spiritual. My intellectual

75–100% of schools in 42 states start before 8:30 and only 17.7% start at 8:30 or later. After school sports times will change because of the later start
time. People will go to sleep later and complain just like they do now so it won't matter if we change the start time. Some kid's parents go to work
early in the morning so they won't have anyone to take them to school. East Porter County School Corporation shouldn't change their start time for the
2016–2017 school year. After school sports times will change because of the later start time. We are already late to the games so it will make us more

The might say that "It's their own fault that they won't go to sleep earlier." But if they don't want to go to bed earlier then they should not complain at
school that they are tired. Then they might say "But, maybe their homework is keeping them awake." Then they should have done it earlier and if
they have after school extracurriculars then they have to make time for homework instead. On average a normal person get's 6 hours and 27 minutes
of sleep, that is not enough time for sleep because a healthy amount of sleep is 8–9 hours. After school sports times will change because of the later

My Writing Center Reflection
My Writing Center session gave me ideas to improve my essay, and it helped me gain more confidence in my writing. Getting your paper stamped
after working with a tutor at the Writing Center, is a great way to show your professor the extra after completing my writing assigment, i rewarded
myself with a milkshake, and watched my favorite T.V. show.

My Personal Reflection
Personal characteristics We took numerous fascinating surveys during the course, however the Values in Action (Via) helped me clarifying my
strengths and weakness. Among my top 5 strengths from the survey, I strong believe that honesty, creativity, humor, perspective and kindness are
my core leadership style. Those are explained below: Honesty: I act as a genuine person, I do not have problems being sincere and taking
responsibilities for my actions or from my team performance/ behavior. Creativity: I push myself to think outside the box even for small tasks,
making process or activities faster and easier, it is a pleasure for me. I use creativity to keep myself motivated as well, increasing my self–esteem
proportionally. Humor: I can recognize people mood quite easily, so I use humor to cheer people around me up. I do not care being silly or joking
about myself, so that I do not risk hurting someone feelings. Getting a big smile when someone is upset is a personal and daily goal. Perspective: I
am always open for a conversation about anything, even for employee issue. I think that the humor helps people do not being afraid or avoiding
taking with me, it actually helps people look for talking with me as the issue appear, and then I can help them narrow down the options and find a
solution. Kindness: This strength I think as a result from having humor and providing perspective. As people can easily talk to me, I try to help them
finding some solutions for their issues, I also will offer myself to do favors to guarantee that this individual will achieve the solution and stabilize their
lives back. Self–awareness Honestly, I have never heard about Corporation Social Responsibility (CSR) before taking this class. It was honored to
take the course Responsibility and Integrity that provided learning more about the respect no just to employees, but also overseeing all stakeholders
involved. As a result of it, a solid business can be built by engaging people and making the right actions have been taken toward the society
expectation. As my group and I presented, Dell CSR is a perfect example of how a company should treat all stakeholders. Dell succeed already

Prior to completing Skip Downing's "On Course Self Assessment," I was starting to realize one of my most sabotaging behaviors. I find it incredibly

We cannot know everything, and we can all benefit from mutual helping relationships. I may need someone to explain something discussed in
Psychology class today and that person may need the favor returned for English. Working together and helping others is important in almost every
area of life. I do not need to feel ashamed for reaching out first. As a result of doing the assessment, I realized that I seldom request and often reject
offers of assistance. A successful student would employ interdependence by actively seeking out mutually supportive relationships to help achieve their
