ISO 2nd Surveillance Audit GMATHS successfully passed for continued
certification BS EN ISO 9001:2015 last December
13, 2021
Progressive F2F Implementation February 21, 2022, the school
implemented the progressive and
expanded face-to-face participated by
initially 4049 students which 35.62% of
the total population
SBM Level II Practice Last June 9, 2022 GMATHS was validated and
recognized with SBM Level II Practice with
overall result of 1.98 (BETTER)

6. Co-Curricular Programs
Curriculum heads are instructed to design a
mechanics for the selection of students to
participate in any district, division, region up to
national level competition and budget can be
charged from the school canteen derived from the
income for a certain percentage allocated for
instructional purposes or from the MOOE.
Instructional Time For the instructional time per quarter is 10weeks as
prescribed by the DepEd, where in the last two weeks
will be utilized for students remediation program to
rescue or help those students with low grades and
low performance.
OHSP – Open High
School
Program/ALS
To continue offering the OHSP/ALS program to
give services to those who can not attend classes
regularly to be offered every Saturdays, budget
will be source from the LSB.
7. Curriculum and Modality Teaching modality for this school year is to shift from modular
online to in-person/f2f effective August 22, 2022. Modules
learning pockets, learning elements and books are now
considered as references, for teachers to go back to DLL/ DLP
for academics and to consider the MELC, while TVE Teachers
must follow the CBC and the CBLM , TVL teachers SHS must
follow the TRs of TESDA while the academics teachers to
follow the teachers guide

CSC OFFICIAL Time for all government employees and officials including teachers
must be 8 hours a day excluding lunch break, (for all personnel) while teachers
lunch break is counted in your official time due to a double shifting schedule.
Teachers can spend the two hours beyond their 6 hours contact time outside the
school but they must submit first a proposal for approval and they are required to
submit an accomplishment report.
11. Other Matters
Enhance IGP for
Tech-Voc
To consider or encourage every technology area to put up IGP align with their
specialization as stipulated in Tech-Voc Manual to practice the “students earn
while learning” and for the teachers to have also extra income and help the
school to finance consumables for instruction.
School designations will be given to those teachers who will perform additional function in
addition to their official task, SHS are guided by the DepEd Order 19, s 2016, the staffing
structure, for those subject areas with no available MTs in SHS automatically the designated
curriculum head in JHS will take over for instructional supervision. For a designated position
not included in the approved staffing chart, the principal to invoke item 2 of that DO on pp 56
respectively to make the organization more functional and productive.
GMATHS Teachers
and Personnel
Uniform
School uniform of teachers and personnel Monday- Thursday shall abide to the
DepEd prescribed uniform, while Fridays shall be determined by each department.
Student uniform is not required as a matter of policy by the DepEd but it is
strongly encouraged by the school management and the chief executive for some
reasons to be considered.
