11. What to do once they convert?
● First make sure you have a pixel installed on your Opt-in Page as well as your Thank You page.
● Second, try to set up the appointment immediately:
○ Put extra incentives on the Thank You page
■ Call us before we call you and get 50% on your…..
○ Set up Twilio and Zapier and have the potential customer information sent through text to the
person in charge of booking the appointment.
■ You want to reach out within 5 min
○ Set up a drip email sequence where you add scarcity and remind them to redeem their
coupons.
