Jordan and UAE which includes residential buildings, commercial buildings,
private villas and medical centers located in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and AlAIn City
in the UAE.
Description of Duties:-
- Tendering for the whole projects includes Quantity surveying’s, pricing,
scheduling.
- Managing the projects and being capable of handling the duties of the
companies owners.
- Supervising on the whole staff of site engineers, sub-contractors ,
management of the office, and staff hiring’s.
- Handling all of the negotiations of the companies subcontractors and the
clients including materials purchasing and selling’s.
- Managing all about governmental issues and licensed papers that belongs
to the company scope of work.
- Handling the drawings with the designers and clients and trying to help
increasing the companies profits as much as possible with the needed
quality.

sub-contracting bid.
The contract was about two million JD`s Labor works only that involves
Acoustic tabular ceilings and internal and external tiling works.

contractor.
- Billing for the whole job for the main contractor and negotiations for any
further work with the trial of keeping the good relations between both
sides.

redesign processes that were needed

main contractor, and the client due to work purposes.
