Resilience is the defined as “the ability to manage stress and bounce back
from adversity”.  Optimal Performance is understanding we live in the feeling
of our thinking. Our perception of the present moment drives the physical,
mental and emotional aspects of our thoughts, feelings and behaviors.  
The more resilient you are, the less likely you are to feel stressed.  As we
build resilience, we operate from sustainable forms of energy flows.  In these
flow states, we change our perception of the events as they’re unfolding and
can not only paint the big picture but also apply all the details without effort.
