to your requests and more prepared to do what you ask.

I am sorry
Excuse me
Politeness can also be achieved by using words such as “could”
“Could you write a report on your visit to XYZ Ltd.”?

You can use polite words all the time. The more you use them
the more polite your conversation will become.
There are some other polite mannerisms you should remember:
a) Always cover your mouth when coughing or yawning.
b) Use a handkerchief if you sneeze or cover your nose with your
hand if you have no time to do anything else. Do not pick your
nose or sniff.
c) Beware of scratching yourself or picking your nails. These look
unattractive.
In general you should not do things that are unpleasant for other
people to be forced to watch.
