- During this rating period Mr Smith accepted responsibility for developing and maintaining a viable contracting officer representative's
(COR) program for OPM SANG. Mr Smith independently worked with the Army Contracting Command to attain 100% completion of
records loaded into the mandatory COR reporting tool.
- Develped and conducted a comprehensive training program tailored for the unique OPM SANG environment for
