For Skyservice, entered data and ran reports using WinAir maintenance program, also verified Airworthiness Directive compliance for FAA and
Transport Canada requirements.
2007 to 2008, Skybus Airlines, Inc. Aircraft Records Specialist
Maintained, organized and filed aircraft records. Performed record audits with QA guidance using AMOS maintenance program. Key position in
a highly regulated environment, maintaining records and regulatory papers for an Airbus A319 fleet valued at more than $400m. Part of
operations team overseeing more than eighty daily scheduled flights, carrying more than nine thousand passengers daily. Coordination with
regulatory authorities, lessors, owners, operations people and senior management was required.

Exercised operational control of scheduled flights with aircraft captain, commanding $30+m Airbus A319 aircraft. Performed flight planning
duties for pilots under FAR part 121 and 91 regulations. Filed flight plans with air traffic control. Directed flight crews and ground staff
personnel with daily flight operations. At Skybus, participated as the principle dispatcher in table top certification qualifications and proving run
scenarios with the FAA. Part of the certification team that completed Part 121 certification in an industry record six months from formal
application to revenue operations.
1998 -2006 Aircraft Dispatcher over the past eight years. These positions were won in competitive interviewing and intended to broaden my

routings to 90 CRJ and 30 Dornier Jet 328 aircraft. Initiated aircraft and crew swaps or reassignments as circumstances dictated. Coordinated
with maintenance planning in scheduling aircraft maintenance work orders. Directed crew scheduling in assigning flight crews to revenue, ferry,
maintenance acceptance and reposition flights. Used Bornemann flight planning software.
1999-2000 Administrator to Chief Pilot
Promoted to Key aide to Chief Pilots. Delegated key administrative tasks on behalf of nine hundred plus flight crewmembers including time
cards and paychecks, Captain’s irregularity reports, Jepperson revisions, monthly schedule bid awards, uniform orders and maintenance logs
sheets.

Promoted to flight operations control tower position for ACA at Dulles Airport managing flight turns between customer service, ramp,
commissary, and flight crews. Key input to ramp services operations with information on aircraft and gate assignments. Updated flight
information on United Airlines Apollo computer system.
1998 Ramp Supervisor
Entry level position on the front line of aircraft operations. Supervised a team of ramp agents to turn around aircraft flights in a timely manner.
Marshaled and parked aircraft, assisted in loading and unloading cargo, and other commissary duties to prepare for the next flight.
