1. Establish Quality Management system for warehousing according to Procter &
Gamble's Quality Assurance System (QAKE) requirements. P&G QAKE is an ISO 9001
compatible, customer specific quality management system which incorporates basic
requirements of ISO 9001 with P&G specific quality assurance/control requirements.
2. Establish, implement and maintain procedures for operation, inventory and QA
processes such as incoming goods receiving and outgoing goods checking, inventory
expiry date and batch control according to FEFO, legal entity check, out of
specification stocks control and release.
3. Responsible for documents and change control management. Periodical reviews of
procedures to ensure current work processes are still relevant and effective in meeting
customer's requirements.
4. Develop training plan and assessment programs for operation, inventory and QA team
to help build a competent workforce in carrying out daily operational activities.
5. Plan, perform and coordinate Internal Quality Audit program to identify weakness in
system and opportunities for improvement. Propose and monitor implementation of
action plans. Prepare audit report.
6. Handle customer's audits, inclusive coordinating preparation works prior to customer's
audits (QA Audit by P&G, Global Internal Audit by P&G, SOX audit by external
auditors) with all departments. Responsible in customer's audits findings closure and
action plans implementation. Prepare Audit Response Report to customer. Involve in
customer's Environmental and Safety Audit.
7. Responsible in customer's quality complaints and rejections, identify root cause of
complaints/rejections and proposing corrective and preventive actions.
8. Monitor storage condition of warehouse to ensure temperature and humidity
conditions meet product storage requirements.
9. Review operational and Quality system performance (KPIs) with operation team and
customers to identify weakness and opportunity for improvement.
10. Lead customization project for Ambipur - labeling all stocks acquired from SARA LEE
to P&G SKU code. Develop Standard operation procedure and Work Instruction for
customization and repacking project.
11. Lead the Work Improvement Program to identify cost reduction opportunities by
improving work method and workflow of current processes and facilities.
12. Manage on site disposal activities.
13. In-charge of pest control program to mitigate risk cause by pest infestation.
14. Perform computer system validation.
