Present Assignment:- Supplying right material on time to Offshore Rigs and Offshore platform CRP and FPSO working in
Deep sea from Kakinada shore base. I am managing the team of 10 persons .Our operation is 24 hrs operation (3 shifts )–
Having more than 1.2 lakh sq ft of warehouse area , and around 8000 SKU , Inventory value more than 1000 cr. Inventory
comprises of Offshore Drilling material ,Chemicals, Completion and Testing items ,Subsea items - very high inventory
movement as the 2 offshore deep sea drilling rigs are continuously in the drilling operations . Strong hands-on Knowledge of
SAP, Inventory Control and specification of project related materials . Handling a large store independently and 4 satellite
stores at present.
Responsibility includes :
1) Control Store Operations to deliver right material as per requirement on time to Offshore Rigs and Offshore
platform CRP and FPSO working in Deep sea from Kakinada Shore base.
2) Monitor compliance to statutory / regulatory requirements.
3) Formulate Policies in consultation with Supply chain Head and shore base manager with respect to preservation of
materials. And ensure best industry practices are followed for preservation of materials.
4) Ensure all receipts and issues are accounted in SAP within the KPI timelines. All SOPs for material accounting are
followed. Ensure book stock matches with physical stock.
5) Defining and controlling the SOP’s related to the material and logistics movement. Make sure HSE policy &
guideline is followed around the work places. Make necessary changes and amendment as and when required in
the HSE policy with due approval from concern authorities.
6) To guide the Material Management and Logistics teams to improve efficiency in the function.
7) To ensure and monitor that Insurance claims are generated and lodged as per the prescribed procedures and
within the time frames.
8) To ensure OS &D reports are generated regularly and timely intimations are done to Vendors and followed up thru
Buyers to close the actions.

2. 9) Monitoring the daily activity like Timely GRN’s preparation ,consumption posting ,CM posting ( Cargo Manifest and
RCM ( Return cargo manifest ) posting in SAP system and issue of daily MIS with areas of concern and actions
required.
10) Coordinate for nominated custom clearance agent for Custom Clearance of the material In and Out of the Port.
11) Monthly materials and documentation audit is carried out – Handling all Audit related Queries .
12) Ensure that all available material handling Equipment’s and manpower are properly utilized. And certify the usage
bills of the equipment on monthly bases.

Job Responsibilities & KRA (Key Result Area)
1) OTIF- (On time in full ) Measures:- Calculated on the bases of total order received in terms of value and
Order served same day. Main aim is to eliminate the losses in terms of Hygiene, DD/cheque not available,
Direct dispatches loss, Depot logistics losses and Stock Related losses.
2) Best in Class Customer Service:
a) Monitoring the whole distribution of stocks to RS (Redistributions stockiest) from Bhiwandi (Maharashtra) and Jabalpur
(M.P) distribution center, this include the controlling of distribution cost and maximizing the delivery efficiency in turn
providing better customer service .
b) Daily Monitoring of Customer service cell and working on the targets of all the customer Query will be Resolution within
3 days maximum.
3) Operational Excellency

3. a) Maintain at least 95% Stock Freshness in the Depots.- through strict adherence of FMFO, and continuously monitoring
and timely action on non moving and slow moving stocks.
b) Damage Stocks – Should not be more then 0.5% of total stocks in tons in the depot and, Eliminating the reason which
cause of damage stocks ,make sure that the damage stock get reconditioned with in the defined norms
c) No Loose Unit beyond 4 Months of PKD ( Number ).
d) No Mismatch between Child & Parent beyond duration of the CP(consumer promotions schemes).
4) Commercial controls
a) 100% QTY, PKD, MRP & Bay Matching between Physical & Book stocks.
b) No un-accounted stocks beyond 7 days , as soon as the stock is returned in the Depot ,pass the credit post physical
verification to the RS .
c) Nil GIR amendments / Invoice amendments on account of depot errors.
d) Continuously monitoring of CSD dispatches as per LSO/CSO and Timely Collection of BFA & Form 2 from CSD Depots .
e) 100% Banking Efficiency & DLR(demand liability Register) Monitoring.-all the cheques of the customers are kept in the
depot and deposited as per invoice value-this needs to be monitored on daily bases –no delay in the banking efficiency is
acceptable.
f) Ensuring that the under-load bill for the month will be minimum – through daily monitoring of dispatch volume
per truck.
g) Delay and detention analysis of all the warehouse in western branch and submitting the report to the management.
h) Actively involve in the development of transportation module in the SAP
