stores at present.
Responsibility includes :
1) Control Store Operations to deliver right material as per requirement on time to Offshore Rigs and Offshore
platform CRP and FPSO working in Deep sea from Kakinada Shore base.
2) Monitor compliance to statutory / regulatory requirements.
3) Formulate Policies in consultation with Supply chain Head and shore base manager with respect to preservation of
materials. And ensure best industry practices are followed for preservation of materials.
4) Ensure all receipts and issues are accounted in SAP within the KPI timelines. All SOPs for material accounting are
followed. Ensure book stock matches with physical stock.
5) Defining and controlling the SOP’s related to the material and logistics movement. Make sure HSE policy &
guideline is followed around the work places. Make necessary changes and amendment as and when required in
the HSE policy with due approval from concern authorities.
6) To guide the Material Management and Logistics teams to improve efficiency in the function.
7) To ensure and monitor that Insurance claims are generated and lodged as per the prescribed procedures and
within the time frames.
8) To ensure OS &D reports are generated regularly and timely intimations are done to Vendors and followed up thru
Buyers to close the actions.
9) Monitoring the daily activity like Timely GRN’s preparation ,consumption posting ,CM posting ( Cargo Manifest and
