o My involvement as Principal architect is to manage my team to develop the
schematic design to prepare design development package…once we got the
client approval we start to provide the detailed design drawings (complete IFC
Drawings , specs.B.O.Q) for the a/m building.
o My involvement as a Principal architect is to coordination between architecture
and all other trades (MEC., ELEC., STRUC. ETC….) and all other
consultant.
o After submission the detailed Drawing (IFC) I’m responsible with my team for
reviewing all the shop drawings from the main contractor and the sub
