Duties:
ELG is acting as client representative for the Group, therefore I’m acting as Client
Representative (Senior Manager- Projects) for the Group projects right from the design
stage till the construction stage and successful projects handover.
• Attending all coordination and progress meetings reviewing and evaluating projects
proposals and reporting to the client. Managing the process of tenders review and
analysis. Discuss and advice on the best material selections with Client, giving
approvals for finishing materials on behalf of the Client.
• Evaluating consultants, contractors and suppliers prior to involving in projects.
• Work closely with the commercial Manager to providing cost analysis for projects.
• Following the progress of the projects, interfering to solve disputes between site
teams, reviewing claims & variations and looking into the contractual claims and
disputes, with the assistance of the contracts Manager.
• Find out the possibility of Value Engineering in projects without jeopardize quality.
• Monitoring and controlling Projects Budget, Program and Quality, to have a feasible
successful Projects.

− As from Feb. 2002 to July 2005 I worked as deputy project manager for a number of
projects ( H.H. SH. Sultan Palace, Emirates Palace Hotel, Musaffah Trip 981,982 &
959.
− Responsibilities: Coordinating with consultants & subcontractors, follow up with the
main office for preparing shop drawing checking of tender documents. Represent my
company in meetings with client representatives, consultants, concerned government
departments, suppliers and subcontractors. Approving materials at site, issuing site
instructions, distribute & control manpower and solve site obstacles occur due to site
conditions. During my site work I supervised execution of artificial lakes, fountains,
dancing fountains, water falls, artificial rocks, irrigation systems, hard and soft
