zone.

This module is an initiative to help you by making you realize the power of 8 dimensional creativity within
you. For being a BEYONDER entrepreneur, you need to know the 8 dimensional creativity within and its
application in every aspect of your life. We are here to help you in discovering your limitless potential.

2. Objective: To facilitate the participants in becoming BEYONDER leader by applying whole brain
thinking and 8 dimensional creativity.
Summary: This module has been designed for higher and middle level managers, corporate leaders etc to
facilitate them with high level of effectiveness to become a multiplier to the growth of the respective
organization. In this module, we help participants in realizing their 8 dimensional creativity and its
application for growth. This module also facilitates participants with whole brain thinking approach which
is essential for being effective. This module also takes care of the application of 8 dimensional creativity
and whole brain thinking for the charismatic leadership.
Beyonder I WISDOM
Objective:To facilitate the participants with understanding of their thinking preferences and of others and
to equip participants with whole brain creativity approach.
Summary:This module will help participants in understanding thinking preferences of others and their
own for effective team building and a specific focus on strategizing and decision making: seeing the future
first. This module gives a high level of insight into the primary creativity skills and practical application of
those skills (with a specific focus on the creativity roles of a leader).It also enables individuals with whole
brain creativity techniques and whole brain techniques of problem solving and also help them in finding
21st century opportunities.
The workshops will be conducted by acclaimed trainers from South African Creativity
Foundation, South Africa and India.
