tests, etc. Practical training is provided on the latest welding machines. Welding
Simulator is highlight of the institute, it provide value addition to training. Flexible

A Study report by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) reveals startling
figure of 500 Million skilled workforce, required by 2022.
Highest skill gap in high growth sectors like Auto, BFSI, Construction, Education &
unorganized sector.
“Skill & Careers” will not only take care of skill development, it will focus on more
critical aspect of “Skill & career monitoring”.
It will sign MoUs with the willing students to partner with them on their journey to
the bright career. The said MoU will be of a 5 years duration. “Skills & Careers” will

will be recovered from the prospective employers.
