Project 1: Case Management System/BOF CMS
Role: System Architect
Description: Case Management System is BPM based Pega application. This application is used for gathering
details of Candidate, Customer and also manages tasks which are used by HR department.
Case management focuses on reducing manual work, centralized data management, assigning work to users,
where one can easily follow off past and present tasks, automatic email notifications, migrating data from old
database which is in the form of CSV or excel sheet, easily search candidate & customer & can work from any
device and from any location.

instance of the Pega installation on the RBS infrastructure, the project is focused on commercial and Private type
of banking and its customer base. Commercial and Private banking decisioning capability with CRM and Email
Channel and will send NBA’s to Relationship manager.

Project 3: Identity Management

Role: Senior System Architect
Description: There are several processes created in Pega depending upon the Business Requirements & Use Cases,
these processes in Pega will orchestrate between multiple Systems to manage the information and keeping the
systems in synchronization. Additionally, Pega needs to integrate with other system to send out communications
towards the User. Pega User Management application is intended to replace existing PID Management Facade which
acts as a wrapper module for Identity Management i.e. NSIC that supports various business processes for Identity
Management e.g. Invite User, Self-Registration etc.
There will be several headless processes created in Pega depending upon the Business Requirements & Use Cases.
Since User information i.e. PID is mastered in NSIC and Customer, Contact & Product Information corresponding to
the User is mastered in NetCracker, these headless process in Pega will orchestrate between NSIC & Netcracker to
manage the information and keeping both the systems in sync. Additionally, Pega needs to integrate with Telenet
Communication Manager (TCM) to send out communications towards the User.

3. Pega in turn will also expose API's towards online channel which will allow the Users to manage the profile online
and perform other operations defined in scope of this project.
