will be based on the workflow that is implemented on CoFiCo (system IF1)
Role & responsibilities:
As per requirements involved in the development of the following tasks :
• The cbFC system is the leading one for the PR approval process in the non productive
materials procurement process of non stock materials.
• Involved in the development of Business object BUS2105 .
• The workflow sends E-mails (SAP Workplace or Lotus Notes) to those people who validate
certain purchase requisitions at a specific time. These mails contain all the necessary
information to approve, forward or reject the purchase requisition. If the purchase requisition
fits certain conditions (e.g. dependent on total value or document type), an approval is

necessary. Once the purchase requisition is created the approval workflow begins and sends
a message to the approvers SAP workplace or by e-mail to their Lotus Notes inbox. Each

on item basis. There is also no collective release for purchase requisitions in cbFC, only one
