The New York Public Library (NYPL) aims to inspire lifelong learning and strengthen communities through inclusive digital services and education. NYPL provides all New Yorkers with free library cards that can be obtained online or through an app, as well as free access to ebooks, internet, arts programs, and digital training through NYPL TechConnect. NYPL TechConnect offers digital skills courses to help patrons with tasks like job interviews and recently the library eliminated all late fees to ensure equal access to resources.
