3. New Concepts: Suggested silencer position assembly for the marine diesel engine. Exhaust Manifold
modification for the running engine.

Roles and responsibilities
• Solicited feedback from machine operators and client to develop designs of high quality and cost effectiveness.
• Collaborated closely with all relevant departments, submitting drawings to production department once the
approval process is complete. Considering issues such as cost, safety and time constraints.
• Communicating with customers and suppliers to resolve design issues and release the engineering
documentation within the quantified time.
Projects Accomplished
1. LPG Mounded Bullet Design: The shell of LPG mounded pressure vessel is 51.536 m with three bullets. It
has a storage capacity of 1000 MT with design pressure of 14.5 kg/sq.cm (int.) and water capacity of 2165
cu.m.

2. Automobile Engine Parts to convert from 2D to 3D: Converted 2d design into 3D design of casting
components of Engine parts viz.piston, crankshaft automobile inner parts, spur gear, helical gear etc.

• Studying of Drawings thoroughly for the Sequence of Piping Fabrication and Erection, Equipment Erection.
• Preparation of Erection Schemes for Critical erection as per Crane load Charts. Control and maintain the design
standard of the products. Preparation of Erection protocols, checking the alignment schemes as per the
tolerance, liquidating the defects.
• Planning and Preparation of schedules for the daily activities as per the project requirement. Supervision of

Visakhapatnam Steel Plant for its project expansion.
Role: Created detail parts of belt tightner, gear puller, Kant twist clamp, butterfly valve along with assembly.
