Organization means “Uttara Unnaon Songhastha” if the word organization is not in paper
and record means Bangladesh Voluntary Registered 1961 and 1978. Low means
prevailing low of the country and Rules mean the rules adopted by Steering and general
perished of “Uttara Unnaon Songhastha”.

Activities:-
(1) Free Health Service, HIV, Female Planning, (2) Tree Plantation, (3) Activities
against dowry & female torture, (4) Extend the improve Cook Strove, (5)
Construct the Biogas plant, (6) producing --- fertilizer, (7) Binding the road side,
(8) Observe all national days, (9) To establish the unemployment & poor through
various kinds of developed training program.

Aim of Organization:-
To build-up the poor and helpless people self reliant economically & socially and to
develop the standard of their life. Beside it, to increase the public awareness about
climate change & to establish a human research training institution in district level.
Future plan of Organization:-
1. To train up, make aware and organize the landless, poor, helpless, unemployed
and farmers socially.
2. To create an effective social movement against dowry and to create wide mass
consciousness through meeting and seminar about the demerits of exchanging
dowry. Specially to take a proper step by the authority so that no members of this
organization can exchange dowry.
3. To take various development activities like old education, vocational education,
primary education for children etc.

Project name
Medical treatment service,
Free medical camp is arranged for the poor, helpless and general people in every Upazilla
of Natore district. The campaign is leaded by the expert doctors. The expenses are beard
from the welfare fund of the organization.
As a citizen of a state, s man has right to get all kinds of health service from the govt. In
which HIV, family planning, nutrition is the main. It is not possible to serve accurately
most of the poor people in govt. management; So many NGOs help the Bangladesh govt.
by working voluntarily and freely to ensure 100% "Uttora Unnoyon Songstha" is one of
them the Organization is committed to serve the poor and helpless people freely about
HIV, family planning and soon.
Aim:-
Increasing the standard of life by training of Improved Cook Strove, for decreasing the
expenses of helpless and poor people.

4. Work with whom:-
Helpless, autistic, flood affected and shelter less people.
How to conduct the training:-
Managing the local and mowja based training centre to reach the project to the people’s
door. For this, temporary training centre will be settled by the help of public
Representatives, schools, and local meeting. Without it, the service receivers have not to
count extra expenses for being cheaper the service instruments.
Benefits:-
(!) To develop the socio- economical condition of the people by declining the expenses
using the Improved Cook Strove.
(!!) The Improved Cook Strove plays a vital role to protect the environment pollution.
So this project will be helpful to save mankind from the danger of climate change.
Way of actualization:-
1) Selecting the place and the people to actualize the project.
2) Fix and make a budget
3) Making a communication with the helpful persons and institutions for the project.
4) Arranging the campaign and distribution the leaflet.
5) Training programs.
6) Evaluating the training receivers after training.
7) Investment based follow-up and discussion of training receivers after training.
Way of reaching the project to the people:-
1. Declining the daily expenses of the poor people, total socio-economical development is
possible by actualize this project.
2. In this all the family members especially female and child will be benefited and its
effect will be visible on the economics of our country.
3. The trainer will inform the training receivers how to make the improve Cook Strove,
declining the harm of environment by using improve Cook Stove, economically benefits
and so on.
Tree plantation program:-
Every year, tree plantation program is arranged by the organization. The trees are planted
beside the road and “Cholonbill” area. The program is held with the help of general
people of the area. In this aspect, the expenses are also beard from the development fund
of the organization.
Sanitation program:-
Every year, sanitation program is arranged by the organization. Poor, Shelter less people
are helped through the program. Meetings and seminars are held to make the people
conscious. The people can know about sanitation from this program. 100 families are
provided free sanitary latrine in every year.

5. that means Natore district is the land of various traditional and famous. The area is
deprived from various sides and year by year.
It is difficult to find the improvement and the facilities of scientific and technological
flower shed modern age.
Poverty, illiteracy, malnutrition, landless etc are the major problems here.
Actually, flood and ability to grow crops in one time from 12 months are remained them
under poverty. Most of the people of the area live below the poverty line and lead a very
distressed life. Specially, the pathetic condition of the hard worker like poor, helpless,
land labors and former are the major part of the population. We want to utilize our efforts
to change their total condition by removing the poverty.
Basically as qualified changing effort for development means that kind of changing
which we are gathered, promised and organized to introduce this voluntary organization.
The final object of “uttara unnaon Songhastha” is to help to go ahead towards the self-
dependent building, the own planning skill and management structure by maximum
proper use of local wealth reducing out side help. Infect, our governmental development
effort is in the way but we believe that this organization will work with the government
for good combination and help to work with the others non-government organizations.
