Ideas need knowledge to shoot off .
Ideas need information to grow .
If information does not flow, our knowledge will be drained. New ideas will not take off or grow.
THE POINT IS…
We need to take care of ideas.
We need to create environments where knowledge is enriched and allows new ideas to take off.
We need to make information flow to and within those environments, helping new ideas grow.
Then our efforts will bear fruit.
