portals in India, along with Naukri.com and Monster.com.
 In 2010, Times Business Solutions established TechGig, as a tech
community site for competitive programming, tech jobs, webinars,
and tech news. Programmers may test and mimic C, C++, C#,
Java., Net, MySQL, Linux, Ajax, Python, LAMP, JSON, and many
other languages.

Quantitative data through survey and qualitative data through
telephonic discussions.

 Restrictions
1. There were several participants who did not reply, and others
who had their phone numbers changed.
2. After the telephonic conversation, respondents were sent a link
to a survey through text message, but many of them did not
submit it.

 Problem – The company's applicant searching filter are not
improving
Suggestion - Since new additions cannot conceal existing issues,
improving the primary feature's performance is a critical first step.
 Problem -. The company's customer service is driving people away.
Suggestion – It’s extremely important to make the clients feel heard.
Improved customer care services must be offered as quickly as
possible.

CONCLUSION
 TimesJobs has a huge database, TechGig for IT fanatics and
Code Gladiator are just a few of the things TimesJobs offers to its
users.
 But the company's success is only restricted by poor customer
service and perhaps a smaller applicant pool, both of which could
be improved.
 TimesJobs has the potential to be the industry leader, but only if it
evolves, innovative research, knows the market, and, most
specifically, enhance customer satisfaction.
 Sales tactics might vary from person to person. There is no single
method for approaching and impressing people.

Amity Business School SUGGESTIONS  Problem – The company's applicant searching filter are not improving Suggestion - Since new additions cannot conceal existing issues, improving the primary feature's performance is a critical first step.  Problem -. The company's customer service is driving people away. Suggestion – It’s extremely important to make the clients feel heard. Improved customer care services must be offered as quickly as possible.

Amity Business School CONCLUSION  TimesJobs has a huge database, TechGig for IT fanatics and Code Gladiator are just a few of the things TimesJobs offers to its users.  But the company's success is only restricted by poor customer service and perhaps a smaller applicant pool, both of which could be improved.  TimesJobs has the potential to be the industry leader, but only if it evolves, innovative research, knows the market, and, most specifically, enhance customer satisfaction.  Sales tactics might vary from person to person. There is no single method for approaching and impressing people.
