FINDINGS
In India, the standard job portal industry is led by Naukri.com
(InfoEdge Ltd.) and MonsterIndia.com (Subsidiary of Monster.com).
LinkedIn, a corporate community site, and other social media
platforms are placing a lot of pressure on job boards.
Exploring the vast potential of the distant region might be one of the
most viable options for the e-recruitment industry.

SUGGESTIONS
Problem – The company's applicant searching filter are not
improving
Suggestion - Since new additions cannot conceal existing issues,
improving the primary feature's performance is a critical first step.
Problem -. The company's customer service is driving people away.
Suggestion – It’s extremely important to make the clients feel heard.
Improved customer care services must be offered as quickly as
possible.

CONCLUSION
TimesJobs has a huge database, TechGig for IT fanatics and
Code Gladiator are just a few of the things TimesJobs offers to its
users.
But the company's success is only restricted by poor customer
service and perhaps a smaller applicant pool, both of which could
be improved.
TimesJobs has the potential to be the industry leader, but only if it
evolves, innovative research, knows the market, and, most
specifically, enhance customer satisfaction.
Sales tactics might vary from person to person. There is no single
method for approaching and impressing people.
