It was Formed on 11th
September 2008.
We have completed 3
glorious years and
currently in our 4th year of
induction.
We have our own
website, a wall-magazine
and 6 well-established
clubs.

Our Aim: The aim of this
council is to provide an

would aid in the all

18. Events And Achievements
• The Session 2011-12 has been a great year , wrapped up with a series of
successful events organized by Abhyuday.
• The events included :
1. Orientation Programmes for 1st year students.
2. Teacher’s Day Celebration
3. Technophilia Systems Robotics Workshop.
4. Utkarsh’12
5. Voter’s day
Apart from this, several events which are internal to Abhyuday were also
conducted:
1. Selectors@Abhyuday : Abhyuday’s annual recruitment drive to bring in
new talent to the community.
2. Induction Party : A fresher’s party for the newcomers to the Abhyuday
family.
3. Farewell Party : Farewell to the final year students of Abhyuday .

21. Achievements
• Abhyuday actively participated in ENCORE’10, the annual fest of
IET,Lucknow. A total of 25 members were present there to
participate in various fine arts and literary events. We bagged a total
of 12 prizes and 4 consolation prizes. These included 5 Gold, 4 Silver
and 3 Bronze.
• The best part of the year by Abhyuday was at Antaragini (the cultural
fest of IIT-K) .The members performed their best and won three
prizes, two in fine arts and other in street dance. Also we got several
prizes in informal events.
• Abhyuday team also went to IIM- Lucknow , IIT- Kharagpur and many
other colleges and won many prizes in literary, fine-arts, cultural and
technical. Thus the past session has brought a lot of mixed feelings
and achievements. But, Abhyuday as always is busy organizing
Utkarsh(the cultural fest of BBDGEI).
