2. WORK EXPERIENCE:
2004-Present OJT training management at 10th
flying wing training section.
- Maintain the status of the unit’s OJT program.
- Provide the unit commander on the status of the unit’s OJT program.
- Review the RSAF Form105-8-11 for correctness and forward it to Training Wing.
- Assist supervisors in obtaining current OJT training materials and directives.
- Review accuracy of training documentation.
- Conduct180 days SAVs to all sections in the unit.
- Advise and assist supervisors and trainers in conducting OJT.
- Advise and assist supervisors in developing and using master and individual Job
Proficiency Guides (JPGs).
- Assist supervisors in developing tests.
- Request courses, needed to supportOJT, in a timely manner.
- Attend Training Wing monthly training meetings.
- Provide the Training Wing with correctly maintained CTR soft transferring
personnel.
- Maintain a file of current STSs, and counterpart- training plans for each authorized
AFSC listed in the unit UMD.
- Monitor requests for classification boards and ensure that CTRs accompanyeach
request.
- Evaluates individual qualification and OJT progress.
- Ensures the availability of Specialty Training Standards and other training
materials.

- Plans and schedules aircrews and aircraft missions.
- Maintains mission information and planning data.
- Reviews mission accomplishment reports for accuracy.
- Analyzes operations data from reports.
- Summarizes, interprets and relates collected data to operations training plans,
aircrew and flying hour utilization.
- Reviews personnel action requests pertaining to aircrew members to determine the
effect on their flying status.
