In conjunction with the RAAF Air Training Wing, re-developed
the Air Force Navigator course and was awarded a RAAF
Commendation as a Courseware Developer
2003-2006: As a Courseware Developer employed within RAAF
School of Technical Training - Engineering Training Flight:
Created and developed the Senior Non-Commissioned
Officer (SNCO) Technical Manager – Air and Ground
courses, including:
- Facilitating a subject matter expert panel to derive task
analysis (procedural and learning)
- Deriving curriculum by task analysis
- Designing and developing assessment tools/instruments
