k) We reconcile the bank statementto pay the actual amount to suppliers & see the
balance situationof bank every day.
l) We make the actual payments transaction with banks in dollar/AED/OMR/EUR to
outside suppliersand pay his amount according to credit limitdays.
m) End of the month we do the inventoryof warehouse to closing stock for close the

I am also dealing export customer's in outside Saudi with Accounts Receivable

purchase sale & payments from outside to outside. All transaction payment
and receive deals on dollar basis with now SAP new system.
Independently handling insurance of goods with Buruj insurance company
granted on goods by marine & land. As per contract charging these expenses
on goods. In case of damage goods notify to insurance company to
compensate this damages on basis of damage percentage.
