LEADERSHIP ACTIVITIES
I have worked as a Charge Hand and Supervisor. At the peak of a recent major construction project I was
supervising 17 tradesman including pipefitters, mechanical fitters and welders. To add to that number I had to
organise crane crews, scaffolding crews, trades assistants and painters to ensure the tradesman could carry out
their work safely and to planned schedules. I also had to deliver pre-start talks, de-briefs, toolbox talks and
attend Supervisors meetings.
