 Two Years apprentice training from Pak Arab Fertilizer Ltd Multan.(16-06-2008 to 16-06-2010)
 During Apprentice training I worked in Fatima Fertilizer In erection and commissioning phase. the period
of 02-02-2009 to 16-06-2010
 Now working in Fatima Fertilizer Company LTD as Mechanical Technician. Contributed in Erection, and
also commission of the plant since June 17-06-2010 to till now..
 Maintenance of Utilities plant Water treatment, cooling tower, Heat Recovery Steam Generation, Nitrogen
plant, Instrument Air /Plant Air , Chiller plant , Water Tube Boiler, maintenance of these plants, problem
rectifications and modification activities.

Stationery Equipment:
 I have also a brilliant Experience of preventive and break down maintenance of plant and in high pressure piping
Fabrication and modification (Ammonia/KS Steam) according to isometric drawings. Fabrication of structure, piping
according to Isometric & Plan drawings.
 Supervision and manpower handling
 All stationary equipment repair maintenance by cutting, welding and grinding such as boilers, tank and vessels
 Rectification of online leakage with fermanite component / welding box-up/ piping to save shutdown.
 Sufficient experience of material specification and characteristics used at plant under codes of various organization i.e.
ANSI, ASME,API,ASTM
 I have best knowledge of various types of welding i.e. SMAW, GTAW, LINING, and gas welding Buttering, Babbating.
 I am familiar with Quality management system ISO (9001-2000) & safety standard. OHSAS (Occupational health and

 Maintenance of heat Exchanger like tube plugging, bundle cleaning, mechanical cleaning (scrapping, Roding) & H.P

pushing, tube leakage rectification, plug and tube procedure, rolling, tube sheet repairing, hydraulic and air test.
 Maintenance & repair of all types of GLG for example transparent, reflex, bi-color and magnetic, their glasses
replacement, lapping, GLG body and its valves repairing.
 Experience of hot tapping job on cooling water lines and low pressure steam lines.
 Steam traps repair & maintenance of Various types like mechanical, thermostatic, thermodynamic, auto drainers for gas
service and their passing problems rectification
 Repair all types of valves including pressure seal valves, their passing problems rectification, pressure seal gasket
problem, leakage attend (body, bonnet and gland) by clamping or welding box-up, sealant injection.

Utility Steam Generation (BOILER):
Maintenance of BOILER such as PT, UT, MPI, refectory repairing, burner repairing
Steams drum inspection and repairing, hydro testing of economizer evaporator
Super heater and steam drum and repairing of tubes in different section of boiler
Water Treatment Plant :
 Maintenance and nozzle cleaning of Dual media filter, Carbon filter, Cat ion bed filter
Anion bed filter, Mix bed filter Chemical load, unloading and handling
Cooling Tower:
 Seasonal maintenance of cooling tower and nozzle cleaning ,stack replacement, fills replacement.
Rotary Equipment:
 Maintenance and installation of new pumps (centrifugal and reciprocating pumps)

Erection, Commissioning activity and Responsibility:
During erection phase my activities are erection of structures-, installation of static equipment such as BOILER,
VESSELES, TANKS, EXCHANGERS, and fabrication of underground/above piping according to isometric
drawings and standards.
Actively participated in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities in FFCL Such as,
1:- Steam Blowing 2:- Air Blowing & N2 Purging 3:- Chemical cleaning 4:- water Flushing 5:- Punch listing
6:- Hydro testing and also have experienced to work with CNCEC (China National chemical Engineering
company).
