Team leader As front house manager I lead a team of 20 staff members and assist them in all areas of
running an efficient business and advise them in all matters. I set out the basic standards of
which all staff comply with and also carry out the role of making sure everyone does their part. I
also set targets for staff to create a goal to work towards. Work needs to be fun too and for that
reason I try to create team building activities which are fun but serve a purpose too.
