To whom it may concern
I have known and worked with Tracey for nearly six years. During the time we have worked together,
Tracey has been involved in a variety of projects because things in education never stand still for long and
she has risen to the challenges each one has presented. She has an intelligent approach to new tasks and
considers options rather than making rash decisions.
Her knowledge of Microsoft Office is excellent, and what she doesn’t know, she very quickly finds out,
which also sums up her approach to her work. Although clearly knowing the software very well, she is able
to help those who have little or no knowledge whilst also being able to train people in the more advanced
processes, often in the same session, tailoring her training to the requirements and ability of the trainees.
In addition to Microsoft Office, I have seen Tracey learn, and train people on, a number of different
software packages and she picks them up very quickly.
Feedback from Tracey’s training sessions has always been very positive and her patience and clear
guidance have been much appreciated. Her training materials are very well produced, professional, concise
and very clear.
Her organisation and planning skills are second to none.
I have found Tracey to be trustworthy, punctual and reliable. She has a professional and personal integrity.
I believe that Tracey will do very well in her future venture and I wish her every success.
