I have had the pleasure of knowing Teshera Hull since we first worked together at Johnson &
Johnson in 2002. Teshera is one of the most proficient, self-motivated and highly functioning
business people I have had the opportunity to work with.
I hired Teshera into the Ortho Neutrogena training department as an assistant, but very quickly
realized she exhibited a skill set and quest for learning that far surpassed that role. Teshera was
quickly promoted to a higher level position and embraced her new opportunity with enthusiasm,
energy and persistence.
Teshera has extremely strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and presents herself
to customers in a knowledgeable and confident manner. She is able to clearly articulate the
concepts and processes she is sharing, and has no problem responding to questions and concerns
her audience may present. She has a professional, energetic presence and is able to bring groups
together with her presentations. She has no trouble communicating within customers as well as
within all levels of an organization, and is a great team player to get things done.
In the role that Teshera held during our tenure together, she was integral in the development,
creation and deployment of training platform for sales reps and their managers around
competency based communication and feedback. She worked to deliver not only the program
itself, but also the training elements that were used to roll it out to a national sales team.
Teshera is a problem solver who addresses challenges with an open mind and thoughtful
approach. She is an honest communicator, and does a great job of sharing ideas with her
teammates and others in her organization as a means to create a combined learning experience.
