reducing cost whilst maximising productivity (Right First Time)
 Act as the link for the Business Unit Leader, or others, on issues involving the team
as people, being the conduit for efficient and effective communications. In extreme
situations is the link for the team to the Business Unit Leader when he is not on site.
 Responsible for ensuring that holiday scheduling follows the rules and attendance
records are maintained while booking teams holidays and pay
 Responsible for applying quality fundamentals
 Respecting the method of work and verification plans
 Detect and isolate non-conforming products
 Review and update action registers and training matrix rotation on a daily basis
 Observe all statutory and company fire and safety regulations and report all incidents
and potential hazards
 Manage environmental aspects of each post and support the site environmental
commitment
 Responsible for monitoring of safety devices on a daily basis
 Working with AMP, PTS AND BMA computer systems
