I joined Stargate logistics as an operations manager and have since built up the team to become
efficient and reliable. In the peak I would be in charge of up to 60 people.
I moved on to stocks and projects so to broaden my knowledge and skills.
My target for stock accuracy has now reached 99.1% across all contracts and 12 months I regularly
achieved this with my staff. I have also been responsible to set up any new contracts that join our
company.
The company brought a new warehouse management system which I had been heavily involved in
the set up and commissioning of.
