Transformation-leaders is not an interim agent and does not charge percentage fees like agents do. They help clients formulate a clear project brief and then provide three top candidate options for the client to interview. After interviews, each shortlisted candidate provides a costed proposal so the client can compare. Transformation-leaders agrees to a success fee only payable upon final hiring, which is about half of what interim agents charge. There are also modest provisions for project overruns or permanent hires following successful projects.

2. Firstly transformation-leaders is NOT an
interim agent and doesn’t charge a
percentage ‘add on’ for every day of a
project, as agents do. We know the key
is to help the client formulate a clear
written brief in a confidential
preliminary face to face meeting at their
offices. And for a chosen client to then
choose about three top candidates from
our outstanding structured resource
who our client wants to meet at a
shortlist interview.

3. We understand that the client wants to
then see a costed proposal from each
shortlist candidate after interview, so
they can compare and contrast against a
clear expectation of the Return on
Investment at the project’s successful
completion of agreed deliverables.

4. At our face-to-face meeting we agree
with our clients a success fee payable on
a final hiring. This is a simple agreement
based on our own ‘value add’ and this is
about half what any interim agent
charges clients. There are two other
modest and clearly defined provisions to
cover project overrun or a permanent
board level hiring following a successful
project.

5. At our first meeting we help the client
articulate the brief and this meeting is
free. If the shortlist interviews go ahead
but no hiring is achieved there is a pre-
agreed fixed fee to cover our basic costs
to that point. We however have a very
high rate of successful hiring, once
shortlist interviews are held such is the
quality of our resource.
