3. Broad scope
» Ensuring the delivery of quality code to enable
next generation Passport management, including
machine led passport application approval and
enhanced biometric screening

4. Duration
» In excess of 18 months
»LA international are supplying contractors on 6
month contracts
»This role is to replace a leaving contractor, and
will use the balance of their 6 month contract, so
initially for 4 months

5. IR 35 status
»T he Client does not consider the Contract to fall
within the scope of the off-payroll working rules in the
public sector (IR35 legislation) as long as the services
described are delivered and performed are in
accordance with the Contract (including its Terms and
Conditions) and applicable legislation.

6. SC Clearance needed
»The start date and commencement of this contract is
subject to the satisfactory transfer of Security
Clearance being in place with the Client.
