Reference For Tony Bradshaw: To whom it may concern.
Tony Bradshaw has worked with Scottish Water as a Utilities Co-ordinator for their capital
programme for the last 8 years.
His work involved the processing and co-ordination of Power, BT and other utility
applications for our capital programme and ensuring that these were delivered to meet
project expectations.
He was required to co-ordinate the activity of:-
• Utility companies,
• Site construction teams,
• SW Framework contractors and suppliers.
Tony was an outstanding business administrator, focussed and committed to providing
excellent service for our construction teams.
He also established himself as the technical expert for utilities and his contribution to the
projects utility solutions became invaluable. In this respect his knowledge and
understanding of the various utility regulations was second to none.
He was a credit to himself and our team and visibly enhanced the reputation of our
department in the North of the country which by necessity required him to self-manage and
demonstrate particular self-reliance and resourcefulness.
Tony also volunteered to take on additional responsibilities for our departments reporting
and IT applications. A particular forte of his due to his skills and previous interest. He
developed for example and number of our forms and systems which were characterised by
their clarity and ease of use.
Tony’s communication and inter personal skills were particularly valued within our
extended Scottish Water team.
I would be happy to expand on any aspect of Tony’s work on further request.
